I've linked and fully synced a new computer but I now realise that I forgot to update the default folder location before syncing. It's currently :/Users/username/Resilio Sync And I want to change it to: /Users/username/Different Can I just edit the text in the directory field under General Preferences and that will automatically change the folder name and maintain everything as synced? christiaanb Posted March 17, 2023 Author Report Share Posted March 17, 2023 I paused sync, changed the name of the folder in the Finder and then changed the name of the default folder location in Resilio general preferences, unpaused sync and everything seems to be fine.
