Sync Drobo 5N2 and Synology 1522+

I have had a Drobo 5N2 for almost 4 years.  Because of recent events I know that it is only a matter of time until it is no longer supported.  I have recently purchased a Synology 1522+.  I would like to sync these two NAS's.  I have not had a single problem with the Drobo and would like to keep it running as long as it can.  What would be the easiest way to accomplish this using Resilio?
