Shabaka M. Malawi, I Posted April 17 Report Share Posted April 17 While I'm able to log in the NAS, from any kind of device, shared video files are only opening on Apple Devices. Any Android devices that try to open a shared video file all show this message, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." Is there anything that I can do on my end to get rid of this error message or is this something that WD has to work on from their end?
