    hello all work good in the past day but today i have probleme running BTS on windows server 2012 icon is absent from the task bar.. i try stoping the service, run it again.. now i have the user inerface and i dont see the other device... i update to 1.3.86 to try solving the problem...but nothing happened.. can you help me pls
