I wonder if you can use it with both WebGui and command line. Also, I know there is an "unofficial" desktop interface. Can that set the directory to sync if it's hidden?

Is there any further information on this issue? I am also in need of being able to sync hidden folders on linux (folders beginning with a '.') Thanks
