    @RomanZ I'm also affected (OS X) and that was the first thing I tried... except unless I'm missing something, the settings storage is "$HOME/Application Support/Bittorrent Sync/settings.dat" which is in a binary format, evidently hashed to prevent modification. How can I adjust the caps if I can't edit the settings file?
