  1. Hi Helen, Thank you for trying to help out. The camera backup is using the default directory (device storage/dcim/camera) stored on the phone itself. I do not have an SD card. When using file explorer I see the new (403th) photo in the same directory as the 402 photo's that were already there before I installed btsync. Restarting btsync and restarting the phone do not solve the issue. Is there anything else I can try?
  2. Hi All, I installed btsync for android yesterday so I assume it is the latest version. I have then setup camera backup which actually was quite easy to do when you have skype installed to send yourself the link. It started to backup 402 photo's to my computer all was fine up to this point. Then I shot another photo with my phone and confirmed it using the gallery app which now displayed 403 photo's. However even after a full night of idle time and indexing and what not. The btsync app for android still reports only 402 files and thus is not backing up the newly added photo. Is there anything I can do to make this discovery of files added after the installation of the btsync app for android work as expected or is this a (known) bug? Kind regards
