    Yes I read those topics but it didn't help. I can open http://config.usyncapp.com/sync.conf from browser without problem but how come the sync program cannot get the list. I reinstalled in many times. Is it compatible with Windows Server?

    I'm trying to install the program to Windows Server 2012 but it says Cannot get the list of trackers. I already checked the firewall and I can directly open http://config.usyncapp.com/sync.conf from the browser. What is the possible cause of error?
