I just ordered Sync Pro and tried to sync the iPhone with my laptop. I think it's a good tool to do this. But when I'm syncing, the Live Photos are not synced. Live Photos are very important part of my photos and must be synced, or the syncing is useless to me. There's a post about the same problem originally posted on April -- it seems no one cares about the problem? Thanks, Michael
