I had been able to install Relislio only run Windows 7 in safe mode. Once setup, now resilio opens his window but it is white. It doesn't run. But if win7 is in safe mode it runs perfectly

So When I try to setup in win7 resilio it doesn't work. It remains blocked on process. I setup in safe mode with only some services on and all goes well. The I start after setup and it doesn't run but when I try in safe mode all is OK! Where is the problem?
