I followed the instructions u posted, still the same problem..
But the problem is solved now, my licence had expired 16 may 2016 (even though it expired over one year ago, it has been working until recent) I bought a new licence for Home Sync Pro, and now everything is working as it should
It looks like it was a payment issue, but I find it strange that I could go that long without any notifications etc about upgrading the licence..
