Automatic start - reduce program icon

Hi, I selected "start resilio sync at startup" (settings: general- startup). When I start the S.O. (win10), resilio starts automatically in a window (screenshot "start") - https://imgur.com/GO2EnTc. I would like to know if it is possible to start the program directly with the traybar icon (screenshot "icon") - https://imgur.com/hKVqAuD.
