Hi! I have a same issue on Raspberry Pi ZeroW. with a 32GB micro-SD card at 12% total disk usage. used package: resilio-sync:armel v2,7,2 (1375) My fix: I have changed the "disk_min_free_space" option to "0.125" in Preferences under Advanced / Open power user preferences. Other value might works too.
