Had the same problem and found a workaround. I connected two macbooks with a thunderbolt cable. Sync was still slow over Wifi and Resilio didnt use the thunderbolt bridge. Then I shared the WiFi internet connection to the thunderbolt bridge - and suddenly had >200MBs sync speed between the Macbooks.
