i need help with a problem saying that a file is pending approval and i last saw that the owner of the link was online 10 years ago and i really would like to have access to these files but i cant view or open the files because of pending approval so i made this asking if anyone knew how to bypass the pending approval.

I need help with a pending approval problem as i recently went to a subreddit and downloaded some files using resilio and they keep saying pending approval and my problem is that the user was online like 5 years ago and i don't think he will be online again to approve the file so i can view it so I'm asking for how i can bypass the pending approval so i can view and download the file as it is really important to my collection.
