The computers are all laptops and occasionally are on the same LAN which speeds things up a lot. However, I would really like to be able to do the first sync of data with an external HDD and then have BitTorrent Sync handle maintaining the folders in sync thereafter.Currently it looks like this first transfer of files is going to take days. Is it possible to directly transfer the data before handing it over to BitTorrent Sync.A feature like CrashPlan's External Hard Drive backup method would be sweet.
