Best Practice for clearing the .SyncArchive folder?

I have one system that is running a little short on space currently, and have about 8 GB of data in the .SyncArchive folder, I see how to reduce the number of days files remain in the trash, but what is the easiest and least problematic way to immediately delete files in the folder?

To "immediately" delete files, it would be easier to just turn of SyncArchive altogether! (Folders -> Select Folder -> Folder Preferences -> Properties -> untick "Store deleted files in SyncArchive")

I just do "rm -rf /tools/btsync/.SyncTrash"  (or .SyncArchive in your case) every few days or immediately if I am completely full. If you're not on linux, I imagine you can just dump that folder in the trash and be done with it.
