mixmix
File name "Белов А. В. - Микроконтроллеры AVR в радиолюбительской практике. Автоматика. Радиоэлектроника. Связь. Радио. Радиосвязь. Любительская радиосвязь.(2007)(336).djvu" normally is created in Windows and is not created or synchronized on Linux. The limitation in the file name EXT4 255 BYTES, and the restriction under Windows 255 "characters" in UTF-16. It turns out that in Linux you can create such a file is impossible. Synchronization comes to the first file with this name is long and stops. Tested on Windows 7 and NAS DS213+ — cannot synchronize.Client for Android also cannot synchronize the file. RomanZ
mixmix, It looks to be a limitation of the filesystem, not the BTSync. BTSync simply can't create this file on your Linux machine.
mixmix
Well. But at least in the window Sync Queue will be specified Process: error, long file name. And then it will be clear what to fix. But in the main window would be nice to write in the status field: error and indicate the total size of files with errors that have already precisely will not be synchronized. RomanZ
@mixmix, I totally agree with you - the error reporting and analysis is something to be improved in BTSync. We'll implement it eventually.Thank you for your feedback.
