Link Received ... Seeing "just A Moment While We Start Your Request ..." Then Nothing Is Happening

I have installed BT 1.4.103 version on my new laptop computer. Running Windows 8.1. I sent an email from my desktop so that I can sync folders between my desktop and laptop. I clicked on the link in my email. I see the message "Just a moment ....." then nothing is happening. When I launch BT in my new laptop, all I see is "Add folder" button. My old laptop (running Win 7) and desktop (running 8.1) are syncing fine.

 

Help pls. Thank you.

When you click the link - it should be directed to your browser. After browser opens, it will show a web page with 2 buttons "Download Sync" and "I already have sync". If you click the latest, your browser should give you a warning that you are going to be redirected to Sync (and probably propose to remember your response). Next Sync should popup and add a new folder.

 

On which step does it fail?
