In a made-up scenario, I have 2 machines syncing with eachother. Machine A is sitting behind a restrictive firewall and has the setting on, machine B has its listening port opened in the firewall and the setting off.Will they be able to sync? Meaning machine B will connect to the relay, which will then connect to machine A or will machine B (hence the setting being off) refuse to talk to the relay?
