Single Run Option

Recommended Posts

I use the Linux command line version.

It would be a very usefull and probably quite easy to implement to have an option (command line? configuration file?) to do a single sync run.

Meaning: Start the sync process as usual. When the process reaches a full 'synced' state, exit normally.

Would be very useful to do manual syncs or implement custom sync strategies.

For example:

  • cronjob
  • custom triggering mechanism
  • network if-up triggering
  • etc.
