roberty
Few simple questions 1. Is BitTorrent Sync a real P2P connection without any outside server in the middle ? 2. Does BitTorrent inc keep any data that being transferred if there are servers in the middle of connections? 3. How long the data will be kept on BitTorrent's server / relay server ? YesNoIt isn'tI dont think you are right, I did some research yesterday, BitTorrent is not a real P2P software comparing to syncthing. Harold Feit
The "server in the middle" you're talking about only comes into play if: 1> the setting is turned on to use relays AND it's not possible to get a direct connection between the peers 2> the setting is turned on to use tracker servers. If you tell BitTorrent Sync to not use outside servers, it won't use outside servers.
