arejay73 Posted April 10, 2015 Report Share Posted April 10, 2015 I have downloaded sync to two computers and an iPhone. I initially had problems sharing a folder to my other computer. Now when I tried sharing the folder to my other computer or iOS device it shares as folder(1) not the original folder name, folder. I tried removing and re-adding and then it would do something like folder(2). How can I make this go away. Syncing seems to work. More of an annoyance that anything. GreatMarko Posted April 11, 2015 Report Share Posted April 11, 2015 Change your folder synchronization mode to "Disconnected" The reason Sync is currently creating (1), (2), etc folders is because they're all trying to be saved to the same default location where a folder with the same name already exists. Changing to "Disconnected" mode will allow you to specify the location where each folder syncs, rather than them all being synced to the default location.
