Helen Posted November 13, 2015 Report Share Posted November 13, 2015 With Sync 2.2.x linking new devices is available for Trial and Pro only, not for Free. So the "Link device" option will be grayed out.Or, if you initiate it on the phone, the phone will appear also grayed out in he devices list. If this is not the case, can you please provide more details - how exactly you are trying to link them and what exactly problem you face.
