Speed07 Posted January 3, 2016 Report Share Posted January 3, 2016 I am a new user of BT Sync. I am syncing my data at a friend's house so that I have an offsite back up. When the sync is in progress, ALL devices connected to the same router are blocked out i.e. none of them connect to the internet, although the device shows that its connected to the internet.Even the laptop that is syncing, none of the websites open, behaves as if its not connected to the internet, but the BT Sync's sync is in progress.
