keep flying Posted February 20, 2016 Report Share Posted February 20, 2016 Hi all, Have successfully installed sync on to my Ubuntu 15.10 laptop and have shared a folder from the pc to my phone however when I have tried to backup my phone camera folder via an email link I get the following error when clicking on it. "The address wasn't understood Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (btsync) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context. You might need to install other software to open this address." Have tried to copy & paste into chrome with no result either any advice much appreciated. keep flying Posted February 20, 2016 Author Report Share Posted February 20, 2016 ok so no luck clicking the link or by copy and pasting it into the address bar, however by copying it and then going to enter a key or link it did work and the backup was added.
