Mark Arenz Posted June 15, 2016 Report Share Posted June 15, 2016 So far it seems like it's working fine. However, some of my users don't want to click "sync to this device" on every file. That's very labor intensive. So, they sync the folder as a whole and it wants to download a couple hundred GB over several days. Is there a way to cancel that sync without removing the file placeholder file structure? When we clicked "remove from this device" the folder turned into a btsi file, which would make sense for an individual file but for a folder it seems to ruin it. What I'm looking for is a "stop syncing this item" option. Is that a feature of Sync or are they still figuring that bit out? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Try get the files placeholders back, click on foldername.btsi and pick 'Sync to this device " again. "Cancel receiving" is implemented only on files.
