Android Sync app stuck on 'Camera Backup' defaults, no DNG backup

Subject TL;DR:

Trying to set up the Android Sync app on my phone (a Pixel 4a) to backup the 'raw'/high res camera files to my NAS. Unfortunately the default Camera Backup profile doesn't seem to like backing up the RAW/DNG files and I don't believe it is doing videos either (not sure, haven't verified). And I have not been able to find a way to adjust this in the profile.

Additionally, if I try to do a manual profile and point it at the same DCIM folder, it seems to jump back to setting it up as 'Camera Backup' with all the existing defaults.

I'm assuming I'm probably missing something obvious as backing up RAW/DNG files seems like it would be a key feature for this app. Anyone have any pointers/ideas?
