Filipeb Posted July 4, 2023 Report Share Posted July 4, 2023 I had ResilioSync sincronization paused on my macbook. Navigating the browser I right clicked on a file in a selective synced folder and in the popup menu clicked on the option to remove the file from the computer (not delete). ResilioSync app Imediately frooze. I waited a couple of hours and eventualy was forced to kill the app. But now when I restart ResilioSync I get beachball spining over a white window and ResilioSync app does not respond. I'm using macOS Ventura 13.4, on a macbook pro 13. I have searched all over the forum and couldn't find a similar case and since I can't start the app I cannot ask for support from there.
