    I also experienced this issue, running 2.0.126(33) on Windows 7 and Ubuntu 14.04. Randomly happened when I reinstalled on Windows 7 even though I explicitly clicked "Disconnected". Also I don't see where to change this now? It looks like it was only in the startup wizard.
