I'm an idiot. I see what I was doing. Its because with sync off it still syncs folders, but when you delete the folder it creates it as a place holder instead of a folder. Thanks for the response.

Here is my setup: Main Machine: This has 5 folders syncing 4 client machines: These have sync all off. I use the main machine as a media server. When I add to the shared folders from the clients they sync perfectly. When I delete from the clients it shows up as a .bts file on the clients but it does not remove it from the main. Is this a known issue or a limitation of the software? I'm using Version 2.1.1 (51)
