jpmcnutt Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 I was having the exact same problem. Unchecking "Show notifications for completed downloads" was not sufficient. If you look at the notification, there is a settings tab (looks like a wrench) that gives you the option of hiding notifications and icon on the task bar. This should solve the problem.
