Help! My PC Laptop is not syncing to my boss' Mac

HELP!

I'm a virtual assistant. I have 2 jobs, one of my jobs introduced me to BitTorrent Sync. I worked like a charm. Now me and my other boss is trying to use BitTorrent Sync.

Here's the problem, my using a PC and my boss is using a Mac. I don't know but it wont sync!

Before it was One-sided sync. So we stopped that. Now it won't sync at all.

I might just be acting stupid but, can anyone please help me?

What Sync version you have? Sync is not compatible between 1.0.x and 1.1.x versions. If you are on the same version, then most likely this is connectivity issue, which is much harder to solve. Since your boss firewall might have udp blocked.

I'm using 1.0.134... Is there an update to this? I tried to update but it kept on telling me my version is up to date. My boss downloaded her version just last Frinday, June 14, for Mac. Can it be that we have different versions?

The latest version is 1.1.15 and may be manually obtained here (it's not yet be pushed out via auto-update)

If your boss downloaded the latest version today (June 14), he/she will be running either 1.1.12 or 1.1.15 (1.1.15 was released today) - these 1.1.x versions are not compatible with 1.0.x versions, such as your 1.0.134. Updating to 1.1.15 will likely resolve your issue.
