fukawi2
Is there any way to "assist" the indexing process? For example, my poor little Synology NAS is busy indexing my photos at the moment:74.3 GB in 131569 files (Indexing...)It's been going for hours, and I suspect if it gets any physically hotter Frodo might appear and throw a ring into it
Camaban
You might think that's your problem, but it isn't.The real problem is Sauron appearing and forging the rings... Don't want that guy coming near your home, and family, let alone your NAS.
GreatMarko
Is there any way to "assist" the indexing process? In short, no - It's not unusual for an initial index to take several hours to complete if it's indexing a large number (or size) of files, you're running Sync on a lower-end device. At least once the initial indexing process is complete, Sync shouldn't have to re-index the entire folder again!
