I have btsync running on 3 of my servers in the data centre, and in server-server synchronisation it appears really fast, but I have no realistic data since in order to have a real life test setup, you need a lot of instances accessing concurrently and replicating a huge amount of changes in a huge amount of files. I think that currently it is too early to make such tests, since the application is still in beta and the developers still have not focused on performance.
