tokejepsen
We are just starting to use BTSync from our NAS, which is working great so far. Though we have synced a folder which contains two subfolders called; "library" and "sequences", after syncing between two devices we now have an additional folder called; "SEQUEN~1", that contains files. Why is this happening? We also have the BTSync.exe file in the folder as well, which we didn't add.
RomanZ
@tokejepsen This behavior is really strange. Which devices are you using to sync and which file systems do you use? It looks like one of the devices is using rather old "FAT16" file system which does not support long filenames.
tokejepsen
We are syncing between a Qnap NAS, and PC's. All the PC's are NTFS. The additional folder has gone, and so has the BTSync.exe file, but we are getting random files named similar to; "SH001A~4" and "SH81EC~1". Could this be some kind of temperary files?
