Eula Question

I just installed Sync on my NAS and looked into the EULA that you require to read and confirm.

You write

The Software accelerates the synchronization of data by enabling your computer to grab pieces of files from other users of the Software simultaneously. Your use of the Software to synchronize files will, in turn, enable other users to synchronize pieces of those files from you, thereby maximizing synchronization speeds for all users.

Does it mean that only parts of my files are transfered to other PCs or does it mean that I transfer other people's data?

The last option could be a legal thread in some countries!

Ok, so my device will not be used as a e.g. relay server?

If you have the DHT options enabled, your device will become part of the DHT and other devices will communicate with yours. Disabling the DHT options will mean that only those other devices you share a key (formally known as a "Secret") with will be able to connect to your device.
