Sync Network / Connection Issue

Hi,

 

we are trying to add some new client to our sync folder. The client is located in another WAN. The problem is that we can't get Sync working. I listened with Wireshark but I am not sure what happens here. We also tried different port setups:

Could that be a result of some kind of ISP filtering?
