heehee62
I like the camera roll backup feature you can do with android btsync. I have my camera roll back up to my sdcard though so it seems like that feature doesn't work unless my cameral roll is on my internal storage under default settings. Is there a way to modify the btsync app settings so it knows my camera roll is on my sd card? Have android kitkat Also with apple ios, if I turn on and off my phone do I have to manually restart the btsync app to do autobackground backup? I know that used to be the case but wondering if things have changed by now. Thanks.
GreatMarko
In relation to your questions: 1) It's a security restriction of KitKat, which only allows apps access to a single location on an SD card, rather than access any part of it. This restriction, however, has apparently been lifted for Android 5. 2) It's a limitation of the Sync iOS app that it needs to be running in the foreground for syncing to take place. The developers are aware of this and hope to address it for a future update.

RomanZ
@heehee62, @GreatMarkoSync 1.4 can backup data from ExtSD card on Android 4.4 and newer. It won't try to create any service folders. You should be able to create custom backup pointing to your pics location on Android. Let me know if it is not working by some reason.
