thiras
Hello, I'm wondering to know that is there any way to use "sync on demand" on 1.4? Is the only way to get this feature 2.0 PRO?
GreatMarko
Is the only way to get this feature 2.0 PRO? "Sync on demand" is only available in Sync 2.0 Pro. It is not available in earlier versions of Sync (with the exception of Mobile Sync clients, earlier versions of which did have a "sync-on-demand" feature)
notmepromise
Adding in a question of how it applies when syncing with others, only a person with a paid pro account could search a share that you created with the on demand feature? For instance, if you didn't have the pro version, and they did, they could search on demand. But if you had the pro version, they can't search your 10 gig of data without also having the pro version? RomanZ
@notmepromiseFree users just can't sync files on demand. They are either syncing whole folder or not syncing it. User who has pro account can add folder as "on-demand" and sync only those files he needs.
Moe
IMO this still is the wrong direction. It should be that the pro user can select what he want's to share to each peer on selective basis. But I've mentioned it so many times and never got a clear answer other than it will be taken into consideration.
