stevenkasapi Posted April 24, 2015 Report Share Posted April 24, 2015 I have a fairly large folder, about 150 GB of data, with my Lightroom catalog and previews, that I sync between my laptop and desktop using BitTorrent Sync 2.0. I recently upgraded to Lightroom 6.0 on my laptop, which changed a bunch of files. Before launching Lightroom I pause Sync, do what I need to do in Lightroom, then start Sync after Lightroom has totally shut down. I do this to avoid copying lock file and otherwise messing with the DB file while it's open in Lightroom. Anyway, BitTorrent sync seems stuck trying to transfer a 61B Lightroom 5 Catalog.lrcat.lock from my laptop to desktop. The file no longer exists on my laptop. After hours of sitting there, nothing seems to be transferring between my laptop and desktop. Any suggestions? Does anyone recall how to contact tech support? (as an aside, 2.0 has reallly been a series of headaches for me. To avoid 1.4 to 2.0 upgrade hassles I started fresh with 2.0, used one machine as a 'master' and used 2.0 to sync everything again to new directories, only to have issues like this crop up again and again.
