Saving To External Sd Card On Samsung Tablet.

So does this program know how to do it's job or not? I'm using Android 4.2.2 on a Samsung tablet. I have moved the app to the SD card. I have selected a folder within the apps directory on the SD card as my default folder. The [removed] still downloads my files to a directory on the device storage. If I delete the device storage folder I get a "cannot find destination folder" error.

What the hell is the problem here? By all my research bitsync should be able to save to my SD card now. Why does it not?
