I tried to link my Lenovo computer with my Microsoft Phone 8.1 by both scanning the QR code and correctly entering a key, but it just says that it cannot link each other and to try again. Helen Posted August 31, 2015 Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 burchland2,What Sync version you have on both? are they both connected to the network which allows direct connection between them? on the phone, did you ever move Sync installation to SD card? If yes, try to move it back to phone's memory. If it's not network, nor sd card, then please describe the exact steps of how you try to link them .
