Disconnected Mode Crashes Sync

Currently, when you install BTSync, you have the option to add new folders from other devices as disconnected, but this doesn't really work, as I have had the program crash and next time I start up, I find newly created empty folders inside my default Bittorrent Sync folder and the application now shows those folders as connected.  I would like the option to never, under any circumstances, automatically create, connect, or otherwise try to automatically do anything when I add a new folder on one of my devices.  If I want to sync ProgramFiles/SomeGame/Savefolder, it makes no sense whatsoever for my other devices to start syncing that folder into the automatically created MyDocuments/BittorrentSync/Savefolder.  What's worse is that I actually use the default sync folder to store files, so when Bittorrent Sync starts creating new folders inside there, I get nested sync folders and everything just craps all over itself.  I understand why you added the ability to automatically start syncing on other devices, but I would like the option to NOT do that.

That's a poor thread title.  Disconnected Mode probably didn't cause the crash.  The problem is that the program crashed at some point during syncing on a computer set up in Disconnected Mode, and when I restarted the program, all of the folders had become connected, which created folders for all of the previously disconnected ones on a machine that I didn't want to connect those folders on.

Also, Disconnected Mode is NOT the same as what I'm requesting.  Perhaps a slightly different use case would better explain the rationale behind my request.  Say I have a handful of machines that I want to sync to a central server, like a FreeNAS box with the BTSync plugin installed.  Each machine has 2 or 3 folders to sync, only syncing to the FreeNAS box (or maybe a couple of FreeNAS boxes if I wanted redundancy).  However, I don't want the machines to sync to each other, and I don't want to see the other machines' folders in the list, or I'll end up with 20 disconnected folders on every machine which is just useless clutter.  I just want the ability to share the folders I want to share with the machines I choose, without ANY automatic propagation.  In Disconnected Mode, as soon as I add a folder on any device, it shows up on every other device.  There's no way of hiding unwanted folders (I actually tried, and it ended up disconnecting that folder on the devices I DID want to sync on).
