whoamib Posted November 24, 2015 Report Share Posted November 24, 2015 I have recently found a ton of files that were moved to the archive folder as if it were deleted but it wasn't I know that for sure! Some folders only has 1/3 or 1/2 of the files moved to the archive folder. Why is this happening? I run the latest version of sync 2.2.5 on windows 10 primarily. Any help would be appreciated. Helen Posted November 25, 2015 Report Share Posted November 25, 2015 whoamib, Primary Archive stores older versions of files, and files deleted on remote peer. So first of all please make sure that these files were not actually updated or deleted from remote peers. If not, and these files are moved to Archive by mistake, please contact collect debug logs from all peers and send them to support.
