feldmm Posted December 22, 2015 Report Share Posted December 22, 2015 I have been using the product with just one issue. It seems that it is not updating an MS Access database. What we do is create a folder with the files that we want to sync. We copy them into this folder and the sync is set for this folder. For this, there would be no file locking and it should be smooth. The log will say that the sync went through, but If I look at the other machine, it will be an older version of the database. the only way to resolve is to delete the file, wait for it to be deleted on other side, and then add it back to the sync folder. Can you please send the logs from both peers to support for analysis? Please indicate which file is affected and which is the uploading peer? Thank you.
