KP Posted March 18, 2016 Report Share Posted March 18, 2016 Hello, I am a new user and just installed sync in linux (Centos). Installation was successful. I am not able to set my pro licence key and start sync. I keep getting this error " Failed to apply owner license file: SE_SM_NO_IDENTITY" Any suggestions to fix this issue? Remirus Posted March 18, 2016 Report Share Posted March 18, 2016 KP, looks like you try to apply the license but you have not opened GUI and have not created identity yet. If you don't plan to use WebUI or want to activate the license first you need to create identity. If you installed Sync via repository it's better to create identity in the WebUI. If you just downloaded the archive and launched it manually you can try WebUI or this command: "--identity your-identity-name".
