Simon H Posted May 11, 2016 Report Share Posted May 11, 2016 Hi, I have recently upgraded to office 365. I notice i have a problem. ON PC A within the bit sync stored folder, i can double click any saved excel files or word document and they open fine. On PC B, the files show and are sync, however when i click on the same file i get an error 'There was a problem sending the command to the program' I can open the file on PC B via opening excel or word and open file and point it to the relevant folder. GreatMarko Posted May 12, 2016 Report Share Posted May 12, 2016 This doesn't sound like a Sync-related problem. It sounds more like an issue with Windows filetype associations on your PC B. Try right-clicking one of your excel/word files on B and select "Open With", and make sure you select the correct Office application accordingly (ticking the "Always use this app to open files" option) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
