file is fully downloaded but sync doesn't complete

Hi, it seems that every couple of days some files do not finish. I can see that the temporary file has the same exact size of the source file, so it seems that resilio, form some reason, can't do the final renaming and complete the sync.

The log says, every 2 minutes:

I'm using OpenSUSE and I already sent the full log through the app several days ago, but didn't get an answer yet.

Any ideas, is this a permission issue?
