ron@wolffengineering.com
I would like to know what happens to files that have been changed on one pc (call it pc #1) with sync running while the other pc (call it pc#2) is off. If I shut off PC #1 and go home and start pc #2 will the files that have changed on pc #1 be updated on pc #2?

The difference between Sync and things like gdrive, dropbox and onedrive, is that they always have a server online to sync with, so when offline hosts come up, they sync to the server, not to PC1. Solutions: Don't power down either machine Add a third PC that is always on whenever PC1 or 2 is on
